Our MPA Program Director, Donal Hartman, JD, LLM, has considerable insight into the public organization, after a distinguished career of more than 35 years in the military and civilian public service prior to his academic career. He’s passionate about public service ethics, and will discuss how public support, public confidence, and real value to the community all flow from a commitment to it by the public organization and its leadership.
