Abstract:

This paper attempts to explore the following: the most effective negotiation practices to consider with respect to the Iranian culture; whether the top American oil companies are considering an Iran-specific cross-cultural management program for their employees given the status of the P5+1 negotiations; and the level of basic Iranian cultural knowledge among individuals participating in multiple online discussion boards for articles directly related to the subject matter.
