Abstract:

This research paper is focused on the realities of conducting business in Zimbabwe at any level, from commercial to non-governmental organizations within a cross cultural framework. The study is important because it provides research-based knowledge using ethnographic inquiry on how to deliver efficient services and programs in other cultures. It seeks to address and provide insight into the challenges faced when operating within a cross cultural environment that is also politically volatile.
