Applied Organizational Analysis of the Royal Military College of Canada Military Wing

Abstract:

Using Bradach's 7-S Model as a foundation, this paper discusses organizational alignment within the RMC Military Wing. It discretely analyzes the strategy, structure, systems, staff, style, skills, and shared values and, subsequently, synthesizes the deductions, thereby identifying areas of misalignment. With such areas identified, this paper subsequently offers suggestions as to how the organization can be steered toward organizational alignment.
